The Fawley
The Fawley is an 14ft x 8ft hut with an exterior and clad interior hand-built by Arbor. Ideal for a home office or workshop.

The Waltham
The Waltham is our most popular hut. Measuring 18ft x 8ft, a kitchen, bed and bathroom make it a great compact living space.

The Hambleden
The Hambleden, at 22ft x 10ft, is our largest hut, with double windows, doors and a range of bespoke options.

Insulation
Our shepherd huts are all insulated with sheep wool, a traditional and effective insulating material that helps keep the huts warm in the winter and cool in the summer as well as allowing the huts to ‘breathe’ more effectively. Our insulation is sustainably sourced and treated to be mould resistant and fire retardant.

Fixtures and Fittings
You can chose from a high quality range of fixtures and fittings as part of the standard price. A number of which are customisable, i.e. metal finishes. Bespoke options are also available if you want to create a truly personal space. Get in touch for more details on our options.

Frame and Chassis
The chassis of all our shepherds huts are made from steel, welded in house, with a choice of a turntable or fixed frame, sitting on traditional cast iron wheels. You can choose from a range of exterior cladding, including cedar, larch or corrugated metal.

Delivery and Installation
We can deliver huts to anywhere in the UK, Europe and America. We like to carry out a site visit to check the access to a property. We can help advise you on installation, but you will have to arrange this with local tradespeople. All of our huts come ready to hook up to services and only take a couple hours once the hut is in position.

Home office
Surrey
Celia bought “Tilly” from us many years ago to be used as her office space. Celia has successfully grown her incredible business from inside these walls ever since. Tilly is based on The Fawley hut meaning that she contains no built in structures. She went to Celia an ‘empty’ hut installed with underfloor heating and a wood burning stove to ensure that the hut could be used year round. This has allowed her to lay out her office as she chooses.

Friends and family accomodation

It was the middle of the hot hot summer of 2022 when we delivered this hut to its new home. It was a difficult day working in such a practical and physical way but it was worth it to get it into position and make our customers very happy. They were amazing throughout the day, providing us with lots of ice cold drinks to keep us going. This hut is based on The Waltham, with a built in bed, kitchen and bathroom. It provides such a special spot for their family to stay in when they come to visit.

The Cotswolds
Bee designed and purchased her hut to be used as her renovation accommodation for a full year while she was doing up her incredible home in The Cotswolds. We worked closely to build her everything she was looking for and are so grateful to have been able to work with her.

Home office

We were able to deliver Peters hut JUST before the 2020 lockdown which was ideal for him. He uses it as a home office so to be able to have this space to retreat to throughout lockdown was brilliant for him and his family.
